Young Adult Discipleship
The first Q & A of the Westminster Shorter Catechism asks and answers: "Q: What is the chief end of man? A: Man’s chief end is to glorify God,and to enjoy him forever."
Bible Study is held every Sunday morning at 10 am for young adults with the sole objective of spiritual growth by connecting to God in a relevant way.
Michael Hall leads the class.
In June, we begin a six week study entitled "Why Are We Here?"
Whole philosophies have sprung up out of a quest to answer that question. Friends might off their own opinions. Thankfully, the Bible aswers the basic questions of life. We're not left to guess or hope we get it right.
In this study we will look at six of these questions and see what answers the Bible provides. We don't have to struggle to find purpose and meaning in life. The answers are just ahead.
June 3 -- "Why Are We Even Here?" - God created us to live in fellowship with Him.
June 10 - "Why Are We In This Mess?" - We ruined a perfect relationship with God through our sin.
June 17 - "Why Can't We Fix It?" - We are unable to live up to God's holy standard.
June 24 - "Why Did Jesus Come?" - Jesus came to remove our sin.
July 1 - "What Should We Do Now?" - We do not live for ourselves, we serve God by serving others.
July 8 - "What Happens Next?" - One day we will fully experience who God created us to be.
